    Faulty laptops are bought from private sellers, with the seller's details kept for every purchase.

  2. Repaired

    Screens, batteries, keyboards and boards are diagnosed and replaced with quality parts.

  3. Tested

    Every function is checked on the bench and battery health is recorded.

  4. Wiped & listed

    Storage is securely erased, the OS is reinstalled and the laptop is listed with real photos.

Condition grades

You know what you're getting

Every laptop works fully. The grade describes how it looks, and each listing shows photos of any marks.

Excellent

Very light signs of use, hard to spot at arm's length.

B

Good

Light scratches or scuffs on the case. Screen free of marks.

C

Fair

Visible wear or small dents, priced to match. Fully working.
